I worked on recovering lost and deleted data, bringing customer signals into the problem framing and recovery flows.
Web experimentation
I designed homepage and Getting Started A/B tests, working across customer insight, experimentation and the design system.
Homepage redesign
I translated the business goals and the new brand direction into the page designs that went into A/B/C testing, drawing on customer research and past experiment learnings. I worked across brand, AI strategy, and the design system to keep the page consistent, on-brand, and built for conversion.
